Leavenworth, WA

Leavenworth is a Bavarian village located in the Wenatchee National Forest within the Cascade Mountains. Mom, Dad and I went on a day trip here and discovered that the Wenatchee River runs through the town. In the summertime people go tubing down the river. Due to my recent love of water I wanted to jump right in. Mom and Dad were worried that I would not like the current of the water, but honestly I didn't even notice.
The water was so clear I could see my paws.
Stopping for a picnic on the drive home. I needed a higher vantage point to survey the area.
Our lunch spot.
